Basking in the holiday cheer

We had a wonderful time with kids when they came out for Thanksgiving. As you can see there were many pictures taken of Jake, and what a cutie he is. Then to find out about 2 weeks after he was in Kansas he decides to start to walk.

We have heard from our kids, Barney doing well with his new job, and loving being able to come home at night with the family. I imagine it is different from what he was used to, but Shelby probably loves having him home in the evening time.

Davika and kids are surviving without Alan at home. He is on deployment and won't be back for about 5 more months. Big struggle to keep all 5 kids healthy, and going to school, and happy. She deserves kudos for this task.

Mark and family are preparing for the Christmas season, Jean got to go to Florida for a week early in December, glad she is back. Jack turned 5 on the 4th, he seems to be growing up so fast. Speaking of Luke will be 10 in February.

We've had some snow here, I stopped when I was driving to work to take the pics. as you can see it is still dark outside. Enjoy the snow, those of you in Florida!

We are doing fine, and will be staying in Kinsley/Garfield area. Mom and Dad and Pat are coming up to spend the day with us. We'll be with Dave's side of the family too. We hope all will have an enjoyable and memoriable Christmas.
